She is daughter to two of my new OCs Lucifer and Lilith. Her parents rule of the Nothern part of Hell.
Lady's real name is Libitina Okumura. She is the 1st General of the destiny.
Her main job is being Death it self.
She is also the second female to ever be born to an Okumura other than marriage.
